Do you live in Phoenix and having difficulty paying your rent due to the COVID-19 Pandemic? Please see below for how you can take advantage of the City of Phoenix Emergency Rental Assistance Program. -www.immigrantrca.org

On Monday, March 8, the City of Phoenix will begin administering its new Emergency Rental Assistance (ERA) program. Phoenix has approved $51 million for the ERA program. To apply you must be a Phoenix resident, make less than $62,250 for a family of four, and be able to demonstrate financial impact due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The funds can be put towards rent, utility bills, and water and trash bills. You can learn more here.

To schedule an appointment you can call Phoenix’s Human Services Department at 602-534-AIDE(2433) on Mondays only, starting at 8 AM. In addition to the Phoenix Human Services Department, the non-profit Wildfire will be helping to administer the program. Wildfire’s application link will be added upon availability after the launch of the program on March 8.
