About Us
Immigrant Relief Center of Arizona, Inc., (IRCA) is a 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization formed in 2011 to provide social, economic, and educational services to immigrants in the community. Our services include Adult Basic Education (English for Speakers of Other Languages), Citizenship instruction, Employment Counseling and Placement, Immigration Services, Referral Services, and Vouchers for household items to Low-Income families. Since 2011, we have served thousands of immigrants in Arizona.

Our mission is to provide social services and to promote education, citizenship, and cooperation among all immigrant groups and the community at large.
